"Absolutely terrible service"
This company is just the worst. I forked out for express shipping three days back. Not a single response to my emails. Seriously, it's the most frustrating experience I've had. Watch out, folks.

"Order Canceled Without Any Notice"
My order got canceled without any heads-up. It was only weeks later, after I got no replies to my calls or emails, that I decided to check with PayPal. That’s when I found out they had refunded me and didn’t bother to inform me. This has really cost me a lot of time with the contractor trying to finish up a bathroom. This company is a joke—no inventory, long wait times, and terrible communication. Stay away!

"Fast Shipping"
Shipping was super fast. The packaging was great. The tiles are beautiful, but they do require soaking to remove them from the mesh. Other than that, I'm really pleased.

"Pleasant Shopping Experience"
These ceramic tiles are fantastic and match the description on the site perfectly. I've shopped with this company several times and have always been pleased with what I received. The downside is that some items frequently run out of stock and it can take ages for them to be available again. This can be a bit annoying since there's no way to tell how long the delay will be.
